My mission at FeFe’s Bajan Seasonings is to, create marinades, sauces, soups and other Bajan fare at a high quality standard using sustainable organic resources from my garden for the worldwide community, who enjoy the finest sauces and marinades. My sauces and marinades recipes have been handed down to me from my Windrush Mother Sheila Carnetta an Bajan Gran Gran Lou Lou. Gran Gran was renowned for her cooking and sauces she used used to sell these sauces in the 1900 in her local community in Barbados, Foul Bay and Bridgetown. Therefore our products have been tried and tested. I now want to share Gran Grans gift with you all. My vision is to improve the blends we have already and expand into other Bajan culinary delights!!
